Brand Review — bareMinerals

IMG_2183

Happy Saturday! I hope your weekend is going well!

I was recently sent some bareMinerals products for my honest review. The products I received are in the photo above. I’ve taken individual photos of all of the products, except for the Original Loose Powder Foundation with SPF 15 ($29 USD) — I forgot!  So I’ll review it first.

I’ve tried this foundation years ago and liked it.  It was the first powder foundation I tired. It’s a bit drying on my skin, but if I moisturize and use a hydrating primer, it looks really nice on.  This is nice for when I want a more natural look and works so well before I go to the gym.  I like having some makeup on, and this stays put through my work out!  I also love that it has SPF and gives the skin a little glow!

IMG_2188.JPG

Complexion Rescue Defense ($39 USD) — All-in-one lightweight hydrating veil protects skin from indoor and outdoor light damage, evens skin tone and adds radiance. This also has SPF 30.  This is so nice under the original loose powder foundation.  It hydrates the skin and since there’s a glow under the foundation, it looks less dry on. This is also nice on it’s own.

img_2189.jpg

BarePRO Glow Highlighter in Joy ($28 USD) — Cleanly formulated for long-wearing luminosity, this face highlighter can be worn three ways for a truly customized glow that lasts up to 16 hours. With light-reflecting mineral pearls, this versatile formula provides a natural-looking luminosity when worn as highlighter makeup, and can be mixed into your favorite liquid foundation, tinted moisturizer or skincare products to add a customized level of glow to your entire face.

I know this looks awfully pink in the bottle, but it gives such a pretty rosy/peachy glow.  It’s really pretty on the cheeks and eyes, too!

IMG_2192

Gen Nude Eyeshadow Palette in Neutral ($29 USD) — This is an amazing eyeshadow palette for everyday wear.  It has six long lasting neutral eyeshadows for every skin tone.

This palette has 4 mattes and 2 shimmers.  They are very easy to blend and look really pretty on.  And they do last all day!  There is also a little sheet with look ideas enclosed that are fun to try. Even though this is very neutral, there are a lot of different looks you can make with the 6 shades.

img_2186.jpg

Gen Nude Powder Blush in Bellini Brunch, Beige for Days and On The Mauve ($24 USD each) —  This weightless blush comes in 12 amped up nude shades that mimic a natural flush. The good-for-skin, ultra-creamy formula is long lasting, blendable, and features the new Blurring Mineral Complex for a brightening, soft-focus effect.

I really like these blushes, especially On The Mauve.  It’s so gorgeous for fall, actually all of the shades above are! The blushes apply really smoothly and are well pigmented.

IMG_2187

Gen Nude® Patent Lip Lacquer in Can’t Even and Bae ($19 USD each) — This high gloss liquid lipstick has a cushiony, hydrating formula that  features the Moisturizing Mineral Complex to help keep lips soft, while a dual-sided applicator smooths on full coverage with one swipe.

These are so fun, they are super opaque and really glossy, too. And they aren’t too sticky, which is really important to me when wearing something glossy. The shades are nice, too!

I really are loving these products!  I’m so glad I got to try other products besides the foundation.  I’d say my favorites are the eyeshadow palette, the blushes and the lip lacquers.

Have you tried bareMinerals lately?  Which products do you love?

Project Pan October-December 2018

img_2202.jpg

I’m back with my final Project Pan of the year!  I’m pretty proud that I’ve done three so far!

As you can see from the photo above, I have 5 makeup items this time and 5 skincare products. This is the most makeup products I’ve had in a pan so far.  Hopefully I’ll get through them all! Here are the products I’ve chosen:

img_2205.jpg

These are the LORAC Mod Lip Gloss from the Beauty and the Beast Collection that launched last year.  These shades are Savoir Faire (nude peachy rose), True Beauty (pale mauve) and Belle-ieve (nude).  I’ve had these for abut a year, so they are at the end of their life span!  They are very hydrating (not sticky at all) and are so pretty alone or over a lipstick.

I’ve recently purchased and received a bunch of lip glosses, so I need to use these up.  I would say they are about half or 3/4 used up, so hopefully I can get through all three by the end of the year.  I am trying to use them every day, and even multiple times a day since they are so hydrating.

img_2206.jpg

Here are swatches of the glosses — Savoir Faire, True Beauty, and Belle-ieve. I love all three shades!

IMG_2207

I am trying to pan two concealers. The top one is Colourpop No Filter Conealer in Light 12 and Flower Beauty Light Illusion Full Coverage Concealer in Light.  I’m trying to use up my concealers, because there are so many new concealers that have been released that I want to try. But I don’t want to buy any until I use up a few!

These are both nice, here are swatches:

IMG_2208.JPG

The left is the Flower Beauty one and the right is the Colourpop.  The Flower Beauty concealer is more moisturizing and the Colourpop is more matte.  They are both really nice and I eventually might buy them both again.  I actually have a back up of the Flower Beauty one, but it’s in a different shade, I think Fair.  Which will work out in the winter when I am paler.

I think the Flower Beauty once is only about a 3rd full and the Colourpop Concealer is about half full.

img_2210.jpg

Now on to the skincare!  Left to right is Derma-E Firming DMAE Cleanser, Yes to Cotton anti-pollution Oxygenated Facial Mask, and the Talika Eye Dream.

The Derma-E cleanser is so nice.  It cleans without drying and leaves my skin soft and firm!  It’s about half full.  The Yes to Cotton mask is almost full, so I need to use it a few times a week to empty it by the end of the year.  I just have so many masks I need to start using. The Talika eye cream is hydrating without being greasy.  It’s about half for 3/4 full.

IMG_2211Last but not least are these products by Pixi Beauty.  The Retinol tonic is over half full and the wonderful Rose Glow Mist is under half full.  I have lots of mists and need to use some up!

So that’s my 4th and last Project Pan of the year! I’ll be doing updates and hopefully I will use it all up!

I’m still deciding if I’ll do this again next year…we’ll see!

Ulta 21 Days of Beauty Haul!

Hi all!  It’s Monday!  It rained all weekend long in Kansas City, but I got a lot of house cleaning done.

Below are the items I picked up during Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty.  I got some really good deals this time. Everything I purchased was 30-50% off. Here’s what I picked up:

IMG_2215

I made a few orders and went into the store once! As per usual, with these sales I purchase makeup and not skincare.  I have enough skincare, but I’m always wanting to try different makeup brands and shades.  And what’s better than trying something new on sale?

IMG_2230

I purchased two palettes and they were almost half off each! This is the Lime Crime Venus 3. Purple’s my favorite color, so I couldn’t pass this up! I’ve been wanting to try Lime Crime for some time now.  The shadows are nicely pigmented, especially the mattes and shimmers.  The two glitters are sheer, but they work well on top of other shadows.

IMG_2232.JPG

This was also on sale for half off.  I’ve never tried any of the Too Faced palettes with this layout — the gold chocolate, peach etc, but I’ve always been curious.  So far, I’m enjoying this. The shadows are creamy and the colors are perfect for fall.

I’m not going to swatch the Lime Crime or Too Faced palettes in this post, because I want to try them both out first for a more in-depth review.

IMG_2224

I also picked up the Benefit Hoola Bronzer and Anastasia Beverly Hills Blush Trio in Peachy Love.  I hadn’t tried Hoola Bronzer before and was excited to pick it up at a lower price.  Same with the Anastasia blush.

Swatches:

IMG_2227

I really like the tone of the bronzer.  It’s a bit dark for me now, but will work when I have a tan.  The blushes are gorgeous.  I love mixing the first and third shade.  It makes a really pretty coral. They are easy to build up and are matte.

img_2216.jpg

From left to right is the Dose of Colors Lip Gloss in Can You Not, the Ulta Beauty Patent Shine Liquid Lipstick in Cannes and the Ulta Beauty Full Coverage Liquid Concealer in Light Cool.

Swatches:

IMG_2220.JPG

The Dose of Colors gloss is really creamy and not sticky, which is what I love in a gloss.  The shade is s little light for me, but looks nice over a darker lipstick.

The Ulta liquid lipstick is almost like an opaque gloss. It’s really creamy, and I really like the color.

I have heard great things about the Ulta concealer, and I’m so glad I picked it up!  It is full coverage, but doesn’t get cakey.  It blended so nicely under my eyes!

IMG_2233

The last two products are the All-Nighter spray and essence Glitter Primer.  The All-Nighter was half off on the last day of the sale.  I’ve never owned this before.  I have the Chill spray by Urban Decay, and used it all summer.  Once I’m out of my Chill, I’ll open up the All Nighter. I’m excited to use it!

I got the glitter glue because I recently purchased Stila glitters and when I used them, there was glitter all over my face.  I haven’t tried this yet, but hopefully it works.

So that’s what I got!  I’ll be doing my Ulta Fall Haul Sale post soon.

Did you purchase anything from the Ulta 21 Days of Beauty sale?  What did you get?

Project Pan August-September 2018 – Final Update

img_2201.jpg

Hi all! I’m here with my final update on my 3rd quarter 2018 Project Pan.  I am happy to say that I used everything up!  Here is my first post, and you can see my update here.

Here is the list of the products that I panned:

Principal Secret Reclaim Botanical Radiant Recovery Fluid Eye Cream                     Principal Secret Reclaim Botanical Synant Peptide Serum                               Philosophy hope in a jar Moisturizer                                                                                           Yes to Superblueberries Recharging Greek Yogurt & Probiotics 3-in-1 Mask, Scrub & Cleanser                                                                                                                          Botanics 100% Organic Refreshing Toning Spritz                                              Pacifica Crystal Power Hydro Mist                                                                                      PÜR No Filter Blurring Photography Primer                                                                    Rimmel London Lasting Finish 25HR Breathable Foundation                                     Lavanila The Healthy Body Butter in Vanilla Grapefruit                                                       TIGI Bed Head After-Party

I have to say that it’s so much easier to use up skincare than makeup, but it soes get tedious using the same products every day!  I love variety.  But I did it, and I’m very proud.

I also want to say that I liked all of these products, but I’m not going out to repurchase  any of them right now.  I have lots of skincare to try out and I’m good for now on body butter.  I do love Lavanila and will purchase in the future.

The PÜR primer and the Rimmel foundation are both nice, but not my holy grails.  I’ve been needing a pore filling primer lately because my allergies have been acting up and my face is read and my pores are huge! The PÜR primer is very glowy and accentuates my pores.  It would be great in the winter when my skin is dry.  The foundation is light coverage, and I like more of a medium coverage.

The one product that I am really missing is the TIGI AfterParty.  It really helped control my frizz and made my hair look shiny.  I might have to go get another one!

So I am going to do one more Project Pan this year.  I’ll be posting it  in a few days. I don’t know if I’m going to do it next hear, but we’ll see!

September 2018 Beauty Favorites

IMG_2181.JPG

Hi all!  Can you believe it’s the end of September?  Tomorrow is October and I am so ready for fall and the holidays!

I’ve had a fun month trying and reviewing some new products, and products that are new to me:

Too Faced Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palette ($49 USD) — I purchased this during the Ulta 21 Days of Beauty (haul post to come this week).  This is an older palette, but I haven’t tried it yet.  This smells like sweet chocolate — it’s so nice! The eye shadows are pigmented with pure, antioxidant-rich cocoa powder and includes 16 matte and shimmer shades of browns, pinks and plums. I’ve really been liking this!

Klairs Soft Airy UV Essence ($23 USD) — This is another product I need to review!  Klairs is a Korean beauty brand and I was excited to receive this for review! This is light and creamy SPF essence! It has SPF 50 and is formulated for sensitive skin. It has a water-based it gel texture and sinks right into the skin once applied.

YourGoodSkin Balancing Skin Concentrate ($19.99 USD) — This is YourGoodSkin’s hero product. I use this as a serum under my Klairs essence or my night cream.  It it so light and absorbs into my skin so quickly.  The claim is that it restores and maintains skin’s natural balance for clinically proven visibly healthier skin in just 28 days. For all skin types. Designed to improve the 5 key signs of visibly healthy skin:

Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Face Primer ($30 USD) —  I received a tiny sample of this in this month’s Ipsy bag and I LOVE it!  I have been hoarding it by using a little at a time. It is a creamy pore filler and looks amazing under all of my foundations!

Buxom Cosmetics Full-On Plumping Lip Cream in Hot Toddy ($21 USD) — This is such a beautiful product.  This one doesn’t have a shimmer and it is very glossy. It’s plumping, hydrating and so shiny at the same time!  And it has a beauty color payoff.

Buxom Cosmetics Lash Volumizing Mascara ($22 USD) I have been wearing this mascara for a couple of weeks and am loving it. It’s a  volumizing mascara that dramatically defines, lengthens, and instantly lifts for fuller looking, ultra-black lashes minus any clumps. I love it for an every day look, but it can be built up for more drama!

Last but not least is the Natasha Denona Super Glow Highlighter ($38 USD) — This super-soft, lightweight formula melts into the skin. It gives a glass-like strobing effect thanks to its high concentration of crushed and milled chroma crystals mixed with crushed pearls.

I have this in the fair shade, Icy Ivory.  It’s so gorgeous!  But, it’s not really an every day glow.  But I want to use it everyday because the glow looks healthy as well as booming!  So I like to brush a little translucent powder on top to tone it down. I kind of want this in Light Medium – nude champagne next.

What products have you been loving this month?

Buxom Cosmetics — Brand Review

Hi all!  I was recently sent some amazing Buxom Cosmetics products for my honest review.  I love trying new makeup and was so excited! I have already reviewed the new PillowPout Creamy Plumping Lip Powders.  You can check that out here.

I put together my favorite products that I received.  Here they are:

img-2112.jpg

From left to right are —SexySmoky Kajal Powder Liner,  Buxom Lash Volumizing MascaraPowerPlump Lip BalmDivine Goddess LuminizerFull-On Plumping Lip Cream in White Russian and Hot Toddy,  Full-On Plumping Lip Polish in Dolly and Suede Seduction Eyeshadow Palette.

IMG_2120

This eyeliner is a new release for Buxom. It’s an intensely pigmented eyeliner with wet powder, lasting wear technology. Tapered sponge tip applicator creates either a precise line or smoky look. Formula-infused cap reloads color with every twist.

I like this because it’s such a cool idea.  It comes in two shades — Sultry Black and Smoldering Brown.  I like the brown because I rarely wear black eyeliner.  It’s two severe on me.  This is very dark, so it does give a dramatic look.  It does take a little work to make a nice line, but it looks pretty on!

IMG_2119

I have been wearing this mascara for a couple of weeks and am loving it. It’s a  volumizing mascara that dramatically defines, lengthens, and instantly lifts for fuller looking, ultra-black lashes minus any clumps. I love it for an every day look, but it can be built up for more drama!

IMG_2121

Sorry that this is so blurry!  You can see the shade though. It’s a plumping and hydrating lip balm that blooms to your custom shade by reacting with the pH level of your lips. This comes in four shades, this one is Glowing, it’s a beautiful mauvey nude shade on me. It has a light plumping effect. The size of this is huge for a balm, but it will last a long time.

IMG_2118

This is a gorgeous lightweight cream luminizer in Venus, a nude glow shade. The formula blends out easily, delivering a sheer, shimmering finish perfect for all skin tones, and feels refreshing on.  I like to use it before I powder my face, it works well under powder highlighter.  And it looks gorgeous on shoulders and decollete.

IMG_2117

The two shades on the left are the plumping lip cream in White Russian (Nude Pink) and Hot Toddy (toasty nude).  This is such a beautiful product.  This one doesn’t have a shimmer and it is very glossy. A unique peptide and hyaluronic acid booster helps to plumps your pout to new levels, while hyaluronic spheres moisturize and fill. Vitamins A and E provide lasting moisture for soft lips.  This feels and looks amazing on!

On the right is the bestselling plumping lip gloss.  This is in the color Dolly which is a shimmering mauve.  It’s really pretty on and does plump my lips! It is high that boldly plumps the appearance of lips with a tantalizing tingle in a high-shine, shimmering finish.

IMG_2115

This palette has six matte suede eyeshadows.  It contains primer-infused technology to help keep color locked in place.  Shades include:

  • Social Scene (matte mocha)
  • Trendsetter (matte putty)
  • Hot or Yacht (matte ash)
  • Beachfront (matte sand)
  • Invite Only (matte terracotta)
  • Cashmere Craving (matte almond)

This is the first time that I’ve tried Buxom shadows. These are really pretty and are very easy to blend.  You can use them alone for a soft or smoky look, or with a metallic shadow or pigment for some shimmer on top.  And you can open it and change out the shades. Single shadows are available to be purchased for the compact.

I am really loving these products!  Have you tried anything by Buxom?  What products do you like?

BUXOM Cosmetics PillowPout Creamy Plumping Lip Powder Review

IMG-2088

Hi All!  I hope your weekend is amazing!

I was recently sent the new BUXOM Cosmetics PillowPout Creamy Plumping Lip Powders ($22 each).  These are plumping  powders that are a comfortable matte finish. Here’s the description from the Buxom website:

Thanks to its innovative wet powder technology and mess-free sponge applicator, this weightless, pout-plumping pigment glides seamlessly across lips to deliver rich color that never feels dry or tight. The smudge-proof formula provides a soft and sexy stained effect that stays put for up to eight hours-no matter what you get up to during the day or night. Available in ten vivid shades designed to build to your perfect coverage, ranging from subtle nudes to bold berries.

Here is a close up of the lip powder.

HOW TO USE
1. Twist off cap to reveal the product-coated, sponge-tip applicator.
2. Apply sponge tip directly to lips
3. Reload sponge tip with more product by twisting cap back on.
4. Repeat application to build coverage.

Here are swatches:

IMG-2091

From left to right is Soft Whisper, Cuddle Me, Darling Dolly, Cozy Up, So Spicy, Want You, Spoil Me, Turn Me On, Kiss Me  and Seduce Me.

The first five are the shades I love.  I wear softer colors like nudes and pinks.  The bolder shades will be fun for the fall and winter.

I really like the formula.  It is really creamy, for a powder.  I feel that it doesn’t make my lips bigger, but it does plump them up and help fill out the lines, which I love.  It doesn’t tingle like Buxom’s lip glosses.

I have been wearing these every day.  They are amazing for pulling a makeup look together. They also look nice under a gloss.  I definitely recommend these lip powders!

Have you tried the new Buxom lip powders?   What do you think?

Ipsy Glam Bag Subsription Box Review – September 2018

Hi All!  I’m back with another subscription box review — Ipsy Glam Bag.  I subscribed to Ipsy years ago, but stopped.  I decided I wanted to try it again to try new products. They also have a larger box available starting next month, the Ipsy Glam Bag Plus.  I just got on the waiting list for that, so I’m not sure when I will receive it.

Ipsy Glam Bag is $10 a month for 5 deluxe and sometimes full-sized items.  It used to be only makeup, but it seems to now be skincare and makeup. You can sign up for it here.

If you do sign up with my link, I’ll get pushed higher up on the waiting list for the Ipsy Glam Bag Plus and that would be amazing! And then you would be eligible for the Glam Bag Plus waitlist! The Glam Bag Plus is $25 a month and looks to be 5 full-sized items.

Here are the products I received in my first bag:

IMG_2045.JPG

The bag is super cute!  It’s nice quality, too.  I was pleasantly surprised!

These are the products with the descriptions from the Ipsy website:

Elizabeth Mott Face Primer — The silky, lightweight formula also shuts down shine and helps minimize the appearance of fine lines and pores (it’s like a real-life Insta-filter!).It’s waterproof, so there’s no chance of your makeup sliding off if you get caught in the rain.

APTO Healing Turmeric Mask — This lightweight mask is packed with natural, skin-healing ingredients. Turmeric and neem travel deep into your skin’s pores to draw out impurities. They also have strong antibacterial properties and help reduce redness and inflammation, making them great acne-fighters. Azelaic acid gently sloughs away dead skin cells (no scrubbing needed) to reveal the fresh skin beneath and help restore your glow. Colloidal sulfur helps removes blackheads, deeply cleanses pores, and absorbs excess oil.

The Creme Shop 2-in-1 Facial Foam Cleanser — Packed with ingredients your skin loves—like green tea, rice water and white lily—this gentle, foamy formula is actually fun to use. Green tea is super rich in antioxidants and vitamins that help firm up and rejuvenate skin. Rice water and white lily help calm redness and treat acne scars.

MPrincess Loose Eyeshadow in Pretty Petal — This loose pigment shadow builds and blends really easily, so you can go for a lowkey or amped up eye look depending on your mood. It’s *so* fun to experiment with and plays well with your other shadows. (You can create endless looks by mixing and matching.) We love the dusty rose shade, which makes all eye colors really pop.

Luxie Beauty Wonder Woman Detail Tapered Blender 140 — LUXIE BEAUTY teamed up with Warner Brothers to bring us this limited-edition, Wonder Woman-inspired makeup brush. The synthetic bristles are soft and light yet pick up just the right amount of product with ease. The pointed brush head is great for targeting small areas (like applying concealer to your undereyes and inner corners of your nose).

When I first saw what I was getting, I wasn’t very excited.  From what I remember, Ipsy was a makeup subscription.  But it seems like now they include skincare.  Which I really don’t need as I have tons of skincare (and tons of makeup to be honest).  But I am excited to try the mask, it sound sounds like it will work well with my skin.  I don’t need a cleanser, but I like K-Beauty and I will keep it for travel. I have already tried the primer and it is pore filling.  And that brush!  I love Luxie and it’s really soft.  The shadow is a shimmery pink.  I don’t know if I will keep it or give it away, but it looks pretty!

I am happy with this bag!  Do you get Ipsy Glam Bag?  What did you get this month?

BoxyCharm Subscription Box Review -September 2018

img_2019.jpg

Hi all! I received my September  BoxyCharm this week.  I wasn’t as excited as I usually am.  I don’t know if you’ve heard that they have released a larger box called BoxyLuxe.  On the day it released, I got up early and tried for 5 hours to subscribe.  I didn’t get it and am on the waiting list for December’s BoxyLuxe (it’s quarterly).  So, I’m a bit salty towards BoxyCharm right now and am trying to decide if I want to keep the subscription.

Boxycharm is just $21 a month for 5-6 beauty items, most of them full-sized.  It is a nice  way to try new makeup and beauty tools.

This month I received:

IMG_2021

I just want to say that I’m not going to swatch any of these because I will be giving most of it away to friends…

This Laura Geller baked blush is in the shade Tropic Hues.  It’s a pretty shimmery coral/pink.  I think this would be really pretty in the spring/summer seasons.  I have tried Laura Geller blushes before and they are very nice — light and shimmery.

IMG_2036

I love LORAC lip glosses.  They are so comfortable and not sticky at all. I haven’t tried their liquid lips.  I wear nudes and pinks, so this isn’t for me, but I have a friend who will love it!

The eyeliner has a tiny pizza cutter like roller  on the applicator. This is to roll it on your eyelids.  I am not an eyeliner expert, but I tried this and it’s really hard to use!  I’ll see if my daughter can figure it out.

IMG_2033.JPG

This is the Pretty Vulgar Nightingale palette.  It’s a cool toned, smoky palette.  I think this will be really nice for fall and winter!  I have these types of shades, so I will be passing it on, but it’s pretty and the packaging is fun!

IMG_2026.JPG

This is the one item I’m keeping out of the September box. I LOVE theses brushes!  The green handles are fun and the brushes work really well.  I have already used these.  I really enjoy getting quality eye brushes!

So, I think this is a nice box.  The items will make great gifts.  I think I may be on product overload, though.  I think I’m going to keep BoxyCharm until December to see if I get the next BoxyLuxe.

Do you get BoxyCharm or did you get BoxyLuxe this month (lucky)? What did you think of the September box?

Sephora VIB Appreciation Sale Mini Haul

IMG_1961

Hi all! I did a little haul during the recent Sephora VIB Appreciation sale.  I’m currently just an Insider (I usually shop at Ulta). I’m close to being a VIB, which will be nice for the next sale!

Here are the products I purchased.  There’s swatches at the end:

IMG_1971

Stila Glitter On The Go Liquid Eye Shadow Set ($25) I’ve been wanting to try these for a while.  The shades are:

Rose Gold Retro – rose gold & silver                                                                                         Kitten Karma – champagne, silver & copper                                                                   Smoldering Satin – deep tan & silver

I think these are so pretty, but they are sooooo glittery.  I tried them on and they left glitter all over my face.  These definitely aren’t an every day product, so I have to firgure out where to wear them!

IMG_1969

BITE BEAUTY French Press Lip Gloss ($18 USD) —  This collection of lip glosses contains hydrating coffee butters and arabica cold press coffee oil, and has a sweet mocha flavor.

I have heard a lot about this and especially the shade I got, Flat White. I have fair/light skin, but this is still a bit light for me. And it has more coverage than I thought it would.  It’s not sheer.  But If I use it over a darker liner or lipstick, I think it will look nice.  And it does feel creamy on, not sticky.  So I’ll continue using it.

IMG_1977.JPG

This is the Natasha Denona Super Glow Highlighter ($38 USD) — This super-soft, lightweight formula melts into the skin.

Swatches:

IMG_1983.JPG

From left to right -Bite lip gloss in Flat White, Stila Glitter & Glow in Rose Gold Retro, Kitten Karma, Smoldering Satin, and Natasha Denona highlighter in Fair.

IMG_1964.JPG

I chose 3 freebies.  The Lancome Monsieur Big Mascara is so amazing.  I was going to buy a full-sized at the Ulta sale on Friday, but I didn’t make it to the store.  This is a decent little size, so I’ll take it.  I am looking forward to trying the Marc Jacobs Shameless primer and foundation.  I did’t choose the Rahua shampoo an condition, but I’ll use them.

Did you shop the latest Sephora sale? What did you pick up? I have been shopping the Ulta 21 Days of Beauty sale (and I’m not done yet).  I will be doing at least one post on that sale!
