What I Think: The compact with the three foundation shades plus the powder on the bottom is portable and works so well to create a flawless face in minutes! The DVD instructions are helpful, but not necessary. I use the lightest shade as under eye concealer and highlighter, the medium shade as all over foundation, and the darker shade to contour. The brush is great for getting into corners of the face for highlighting and contouring. My lease favorite product is the Skinprep FX Nourishing Foundation Primer and Anti-Aging Serum as it felt a little heavy and oily on my skin. It might be great in the winter when my skin is drier.

What I think: This foundation is interesting because it feels like a serum while giving light and luminous coverage. It has a fairly thin texture that glides over the skin, and imparts a pretty glow. Being that it isn’t thick or heavy, it doesn’t settle in wrinkles and pores.

What I think: I have Sugar Cane, which is a shimmery shade of coral. This is such a beautiful color and product that it is hard to believe that it has SPF protection! I love walking through drugstores and looking for new products from my favorite brands. I love Physician’s Formula because they always create quality cosmetics that are good for your skin and that work really well.

Since I am always on the hunt for a fantastic concealer, I have tried the line’s Mineral Wear® Talc-Free Mineral Correcting Concealer ($8.95 USD). The description of this product is:

Essential cream concealer trio provides medium coverage for any and all imperfections. There are two choices — 1. Soft Green- Color Corrects blemishes & other red imperfections. 2. What I think: I use the yellow shade trio for my dark circles. The yellow cream works, but it is a bit thick for my under eye area. I do use the natural light color for under eye and blemishes and the pink highlighter for my cheeks and under my eyebrows. The fact that it is mineral makeup, makes me feel good about applying this around my eyes. I like how you can connect the creams or just take one and stick it in your purse, like I do with the light concealer. Very handy!

Plus, with this non-greasy formula, you can apply it in the morning and wear your shoes without that “slippery-greasy” feeling. What I think: I love this foot cream! The directions state to apply twice a day for 7 days for smoother feet, and then once a day for maintenance. What I think: This primer worried me a bit at first because it is a very light blue color and when I first applied it, I thought I saw a light blueish-white cast to my skin.
