These colors are extremely classy and perfect for any outfit. The effect is interesting, but I like the polishes with out the effect. They are creamy and very opaque — you only need two coats.

SpaPedicure™ Marine Salt Scrub ($43.50 US 18 oz) — Physically exfoliates dead skin cells with minerals and sea salts and deeply conditions and softens skin with sunflower oil and vitamin E. The scrub leaves skin with a soft, luminous glow and does not leave a greasy residue. It contains mineral and Dead Sea Salt – provides effective yet gentle exfoliation and helps relieve inflammation when dissolved in water.

I used the scrub on my feet, legs and other rough spots like my elbows. It is extremely gentle but smooths skin and imparts great glow! It’s a perfect prep for the Jason Wu kit.

I had so much fun trying the Nail Fraud Houndstooth ($12.00 USD) decals! They are a fairly easy (once you get the hang of them) to apply and look very cool on! Here are some details of this cool product:

Spa Products from Creative Nail Design Will Pamper Your Hands!

It is so nice to pamper your hands after a long, cold winter. Mine were a little dry and rough. Luckily I was able to try some of Creative Nail Design’s Almond Spamanicure products.   

I did a little home spa by using four products from the line. I started with the Almond Milk Bath. This is an oil that I heated up, rubbed on my hands (especially my cuticles), then after about 5 minutes I added a little water and it foamed up. I then rinsed my hands and scrubbed with the Almond Moisture Scrub, which contains fine mineral salts, refined sugar, jojoba soft beads and sweet almond oil.  After rinsing of the scrub I applied the Almond Illuminating Masque and left that on for 5 minutes. This is a rich, pearly cream that is a blend of  sweet almond oil, jojoba oil and vitamin E. My last step, after rinsing the mask, was applying the Almond Hydrating Lotion.

The almond scent of these products is so wonderful! It’s very soothing and lends itself greatly to a spa experience. And my hands were so smooth! I bet my feet would benefit from something like this as well!

OPI nail polishes are such quality products. The colors are beautiful and they last on my nails. This is probably the reason that so many nails salons use them!

Their new spring 2009 collection, the South Beach Collection, just came out in stores. The shades in this collection are mostly bright and sunny, with a few softer shades thrown in for the bright-color shy.  Some of the fun shades are: Paint My Moji-Toes Red, a warm rosy red; Conga-Line Coral, a brilliant orange-y pink;  and Feelin’ Hot-Hot-Hot a fun hot pink.

The color I have is Done Out In Deco, a cool medium lilac that looks great on fingers or toes. It is not as bright as some of the others, and I like that. It can be worn at work and looks fun and professional at the same time.

Ulta has recently advertised this collection, so it is a good place to find it. And I’m sure your local salon carries it, too.
