I have an amazing giveaway as a Valentine’s Gift to my readers! One lucky lady will win both the original Savannah Bee Royal Jelly Body Butter and the Royal Jelly Body Butter for Sensitive Skin! They both smell fantastic, but different. The original smells like sweet berries and the sensitive skin smells soft and soothing. Keep both, keep one and give one away, or if you are too nice, give both away! Here is the info on the body butters:
The original Royal Jelly Body Butter (red box) glides on with the sweet fragrance of a Southern Spring. The fragrance of wild berries and vanilla combined with the velvety aroma of rose and gardenia conjures up yearlong warmth and the grace of the Genteel South. Rose of Clay offers the rose-colored hue along with a gentle pull on impurities. Our classic body butter formula provides deep moisturizing and delivers multivitamins and antioxidants to keep your skin the way it was born to bee. Use all day for a fresh berry day lift!
This indescribably soft, elegant and indulgent Sensitive Skin Formula Body Butter (blue box) combines the peace-filling fragrance of chamomile with the divine scent of myrrh. Chamomile is said to calm the nerves and soothe dry skin. This treat is great for reducing stress and for targeting any annoying skin problems. The Gypsies bathed with chamomile to bring luck and good fortune. Use in the morning to glide into your day with the right mindedness and use at night to unwind for those beautiful dreams ahead.
These are the 1.65 oz sizes of each and the price is $12.90 each for a $25.80 value! They are available at http://www.savannahbee.com.

This spring EcoTools launched additions to their bath and body line. The products include a recycled plastic bath sponge, new body scrub, body butter and body mists.
The EcoPouf ($1.99) is the first recycled bath sponge, which is a great thing for the environment, as well as our bodies! It is so affordable plus you can support sustainablity the easy way. It is also generously sized and will last through many showers.
I also tried the brand-new Replenish Your Natural Resources Body Butter ($5.99). This extra creamy body butter is wonderful on both sun-ravaged or dry winter skin. It is enriched with mango butter to replenish and hydrate. It is scented with lavender and vanilla and is 98% natural.
Visit www.eco-tools.com to learn more and you can purchase these products at fine drugstores, and some of my favorite stores such as Target and Ulta. Enjoy!
The Body Shop has introduce a brightly scented new bath and body collection for spring: The Sweet Lemon collection. These products smell so fresh with a great mixture of tart and sweet! It is perfect for the upcoming warmer weather. Some of my favorites from the line are:
Sweet Lemon Lip Butter ($8.00 USD) — This lip butter is infused with lemon seed oil (high in anti-oxidants and Vitamin C), Community Trade shea butter (antioxidant vitamins A and E) and Community Trade organic beeswax to make lips soft and moisturized. This butter is so creamy and tastes fantastic — sweet and lemony!
Sweet Lemon Shower Gel ($13.00 USD) — My family has been using this shower gel as a bubble bath, too because it foams right up and smells divine. This also contains Lemon seed oil and Community Trade honey to moisturize and repair skin’s moisture barrier.
Sweet Lemon Body Butter ($20.00 USD) — So fragrant and hydrating, this moisturizer contains lemon seed oil, Community Trade cocoa butter that melts at body temperature and Community Trade shea butter. This is a great cream to use after shaving as it makes legs even smoother.
Best if you want to: Hydrate and protect your skin with an intensive, creamy and fragrant all-over body moisturizer with luscious lemon seed oil that will leave skin delicately scented with an uplifting citrus fragrance.
Visit www.thebodyshop-usa.com to purchase these products. The Sweet Lemon collection is at buy 1 Get 1 50% Off, plus in honor of Earth Day you can purchase natural products for 20% off.
MOR Cosmetics is an Australian luxury bath and body line. The packaging is very beautiful and gives you an idea of how wonderful the products inside are!
They have many different lines to choose from. I tried the Cucumber and Casaba soap and the Lavender Periwinkle body butter From the Emporium Line.
The Cucumber and Casaba soap is very moisturizing and leaves the skin softly scented. The notes of this fragrance are: “Fresh cut Melon and green nuances blend with White Jasmine, Muguet and Rose Petals. Under tones of Beige Woods and White Musk soften and leave an uplifting scent.”
The Lavender Periwinkle Body Butter is luxury in a jar! This has a mild lavender scent and is very thick and creamy. It is great to use after a bath or shower.
On my latest visit to Sephora I discovered on10, a company that creates lip balms, body butter, lotions and candles using natural and organic ingredients. The flavors and fragrances of on10 are inspired by beverages and candies. It’s a really yummy way to moisturize! The packaging consists of retro-inspired tins and jars, which are very appealing.
My favorite product so far is the Hershey’s Sweet Chocolate Body Butter ($10.00 USD). This product is made with coconut oil and is very thick and creamy. The fragrance is wonderful. It is a subtle chocolaty scent that is not too sweet or cloying.
If you’re looking for a lotion with a more refreshing scent, I recommend the Schweppes Pink Grapefruit Body Lotion ($10.00 USD). This product also contains coconut oil as well as aloe. This is very nice for moisturizing after the shower, or to use as a hand lotion at work.
The Dr. Pepper Original Lip Balm SPF 15 ($9.00) is also really nice, but is a little bit sweeter. The creamy formula protects with SPF 15 and contains a coconut oil, beeswax, olive oil, and cocoa butter.
I recommend checking these out the next time you are in Sephora. The prices are reasonable and they have a large selection, especially in the lip balms. Fun!
I love going to Walgreens. It’s the best of both worlds. You can get two for one reasonably priced cosmetics and discover higher end organic products such as Yes To Carrots, a skincare and haircare line.
Yes To Carrots claims to, “combine the fresh, unadulterated goodness of organic fruits and vegetables with the purifying and moisturizing properties of 26 minerals harvested from the ancient world’s most renowned spa- the Dead Sea”. It also contains beta carotene and it’s “anti-oxidant and anti-aging properties assist the bodies natural process in enhancing your glow.”
I have tried two of these products, the C Through the Night Moisturizing Cream and the C Through the Dry Spell Deliciously Rich Body Butter. Both of these products are very rich creams that smell faintly of carrots. The night cream is very luxurious and although my skin can get a little oily, it didn’t feel greasy at all.
The body butter is also nice, especially on damp skin after a shower. It holds in the moisture nicely and makes my skin feels very smooth and soft.
The Yes To Carrots line has recently been joined by two other lines, Yes To Tomatoes and Yes To Cucumbers. The Yes To Carrots line is for normal to dry skin, Yes To Tomatoes is for oily to combination skin, and Yes To Cucumbers is for sensitive to normal skin.
I would say check these lines out if you are into natural, organic products.
