Small Beauty Haul From Target and Sephora

Hi all! I hope you’re all well and staying safe.

I have a little haul to share. I made a couple of orders — one with Ulta and one with Sephora during the recent sales. Here’s what I picked up:

From Sephora I picked up two Urban Decay palettes half price! Plus, I got the Tatcha and Youth to the People deluxe samples with my Sephora points.

The Sunday Riley set was on sale during the Ulta 21 Days of Beauty. I also picked up some soaps, and got free shipping when I purchased the skincare. I haven’t tried it yet.

These are the Ont The Run Mini Palettes in G-Train and Bailout. I have the pink and blue/brown toned ones and I wanted these two. They were on sale for $12.50 each! I should have got the last one, Highway Queen (oranges), but I’m sure I will pick it up later. I love the formula of these palettes.

This is Bailout! Gorgeous browns and purples.

G-Train is warmer and has a couple of gorgeous greens! I will hopefully be swatching and reviewing these soon. And I’m sure I’ll be using one or both of these this month in my daily Shop My Stash (check out my Instagram @fortyflirtyfab).

This is the Sunday Riley Flash Fix set. It has the Good Genes All-In-One Lactic Acid Treatment and the Ceramic Slip Cleanser. I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks really nice.

For my Sephora points, I got two duos — the Youth to the People Adaptogen Deep Moisture Cream and the Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser. I also picked up the Tatcha The Deep Cleanse and The Water Cream.

Bath And Body Works SAS Haul — June 2019

Hi all! I hope you’re having a wonderful week! I finally got to the Bath and Body Works Semi Annual Sale!

I was almost out of hand soap and body wash, so it was definitely time to stock up!

This is what I received (and the great deals I got plus my $10 of $40 coupon):

Total — $35.85 before tax and a savings of $76.65 — Yay! I hit a candle sale. The candles were $10.50 before my coupon and only $8.21 afterwards.

I might go back before the sale ends. My store didn’t have a wide variety of products, so I might try a different one.

Early Spring Colourpop Haul!

Hi all! I hope everyone is well! I have been very good this year when it comes to purchasing makeup! This is my first haul of the year! I’m not really on a no or low buy, but I’m trying to be careful in what I get. I did purchase a lot last year! I have purchased the new L’Oreal foundation (let me know if you would like a review) and I just got the new Anastasia Beverly Hills Sultry palette on sale and I will be reviewing that palette.

I decided to make a Colourpop order because they are always coming out with cool new products, and I wanted to try some. I also looked at my order history, and foudn that I hadn’t ordered from Colourpop since last June! That’s crazy! It’s definitely time to try some new makeup!

I purchased:

Blur Lux Lipstick in Hey Mr. DJ ($7 USD) – Soft petal pink

Lippie Pencil in Brink ($5 USD) – Terracota rose

It’s My Pleasure Palette ($12 USD)

The Twins Loose Pigment ($6 USD)

BFF Mascara in Black on Black ($8 USD)

Brow Boss in Ash Brown ($5 USD)

I have heard great things about the lip liner and have been wanting to try the Lux Lipstick. The Blur formula is new. I probably should have tried the regular formula first. Both of these products are nice, but the lipstick is way to bright for me. It’s supposed to be a soft petal pink, but It looks very bright on my fair skin. The pencil is nice, though I wish I got that in a lighter shade. It is not as bright as the lipstick, so I can still use it under nudes.

This is a collaboration between Colourpop and YouTuber Kathleenlights. I picked up The Twins because I’m a Gemini! It is an intense pink with a coppery duochrome. This is really pretty. I apply it with a damp brush, so I don’t get all of the fall out. It’s so gorgeous, as you can see below:

Left to right is the lipstick, lipliner and pigment. You can really tell that the pigment has a pink to orange duochrome. It’s very pretty! I do like the liner, but I probably won’t wear the lipstick.

I also picked up their new mascara in black. It’s okay. It gives a lot of volume, but I like mascaras that give my lashes length. I will continue wearing it, and with a primer under it, I get better length. They also have these in bright colors, so if you love colorful mascara, you might want to check this out!

I’ve been doing more with my brows lately, so am happy to try a new pencil. This one is pretty nice. It’s very waxy, so if that’s the type of pencil’s you like, you will love it. I have used it a couple of times and like it. I think I need more practice with it, but will keep trying it out!

I love purple, and so I had to pick it up. Plus, it’s only $12, which is so affordable. I will be posting a review this month with swatches.

I also have purchased another one of these for a future Instagram giveaway. I just hit 4000 followers and will post my giveaway when I get to 5000. So check it out at @fortyflirtyfab on Instagram! I also picked up a pigment and one of the new lip glosses from Colourpop. I will be adding more makeup items to the giveaway, of course. Stay tuned!
