What I think: Tinted skincare is such a time saver — especially one that has SPF! We need to protect our skin even in the winter — the sun’s rays can getcha in any season! This apply smoothly and gives an even, light coverage. Love!

What I think: I have been trying some of these products and think it’s a great, affordable anti-aging line to try. The cleanser is gentle and leaves skin soft and glowing. I love the eye cream, it really hydrates my dry eye area. I am also enjoying the light day cream with SPF and the richer night cream.

What I think: This gorgeous serum instantly brings a glow to my skin, which it needs, especially in the cold Kansas City air. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks, but my skin does look smooth and bright. I don’t have many wrinkles yet, (knock on wood), and hopefully this will help me keep them away.

Radical Skincare Anti-Aging Restorative Moisture ($150 USD) — is about to change the way you look at these colder months. This wonderful rich moisturizer – protects, repairs and evens out the skin while keeping the skin hydrated in this frigid weather. While this moisturizer does exactly what it’s supposed to do – it does even more. This highly effective formula boosts skin firmness and elasticity while leaving the complexion brighter and flawless.

What I think: What a rich, luxurious cream! I love using it at night before I go to sleep. I wake up with soft, smooth skin!

What I think: This is such a beautiful powder. It has no glitter or shimmer in it, yet instantly brightens the skin. So pretty and has a soft violet scent.

Beauty For Real Get Glowing! Cheek Tint and Luminizer ($29 USD) — Get Glowing! What I think: I have the Get Lit/In the Pink combo (pictured). A little goes a long way with the blush. It is very pigmented. The highlighter is very pretty. I use it on top of my cheekbones and in the corners under my eyes. It is also nice on the browbones.

Cailyn Tinted Lip Balm in Cotton Candy ($19 USD) — This ultra matte, super-moisturizing lip balm delivers rich color and amazing staying power. What I think: This balm is so moisturizing, but it is matte and covers like a lipstick. Cotton Candy is a little light for me, but I love the coverage and how soft it makes my lips feel. I like to wear it with a little darker gloss over it. Pretty!

I am already getting dry patches on my skin and it’s only the first of November! Sigh…it is time to really take care of my skin.

What I think: I’ve always loved St. Ives. I’m not surprised that I am enjoying this scrub. The scent so good! Fresh and fruity. And the scrub leaves my face so soft. I exfoliate 2 or 3 times a week and this is gentle enough for my routine.

What I think: This is very light and is a great day cream. I haven’t seen evidence of my wrinkles diminishing yet (after a few weeks use in the morning), but it makes my skin bright and soft.

About Jane Mayle — Born in London, England, Jane Mayle moved to the United States as a child. Upon graduating from Columbia University with a degree in Literature, Jane co-founded the store and label Phare in the Spring of 1998. In the Fall of 1999, Jane ventured out on her own to start Mayle. What I think: This cleanser is very gentle on the skin. Lots of cleansers leave my sensitive skin red, but this does not. It also doesn’t dry my skin out after use.

Amarte Wonder Cream ($79 2.7 fl. oz) — A refined skin treatment used to restore and nourish precious, delicate skin. Intraceuticals Rejuvenate Contour Eye Gel ($125 USD) An ultra concentrated gel hydrator with double the concentration of hyaluronic acid, specifically formulated for the delicate eye area. Ultimate hydration and visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles.

What I think: I usually use eye creams, so this gel is a nice change of pace. It instantly cools and hydrates my eye area. After use for a few days, I noticed that the skin under my eyes looked smoother and a lot less puffy. I am hoping with use over time, it will help with my dark circles.

What I think: This is a very hydrating mask. I put it on a day that I wasn’t wearing makeup and it left my skin soft, but a little sticky at first. It took about an hour for the serum on the mask to really sink in. I suggest use at night.
