Now that it’s officially Fall, I am so excited for the change in season! I want to wear my boots and sweaters, and drink lots of tea and eat apple and pumpkin treats!
But, since it’s about 90 degrees F in Kansas City today, I’ll have to settle for Fall beauty products like the gorgeous Sally Hansen polishes below. I’m also loving some great hair products:

Macadamia Professional Smoothing Curl Cream ($19.95 USD) — A conditioning styling cream that controls and smoothes unruly curls, while still providing a light, touchable-soft feel. Fights humidity for fizz control, tames flyaways and creates a natural-looking shine. Premium blend of hold and styling agents provide long term curl retention. Key Ingredients:
- Rice and Soy Proteins – Help reduce breakage and tame unruly curls.
- Vitamins A & E – Nourish and lock in moisture.
- Coconut Oil – Provides moisture and softness to dry, damaged hair.
- Olive Oil – Maintains color and provides shine.
- Grape Seed Oil – Provides hydration and protects against moisture loss.
- Pistachio Oils – Protects against environmental extremes.
What I think: This is a perfect cream for wavy and curly hair all year round. It helps keep curls separated and soft and helps keep the frizzies away! I love the natural ingredients they help with shine and moisture!

Before I switched to acrylics and Gel polish, I used to swear by Sally Hansen to last the longest and the colours were always beautiful.
