It definitely is the time of the year to try new, hydrating skin care. I have been trying to keep my skin moisturized in the cold weather. It feels like the moisture has been sucked out of my whole body and I have been drinking lots of water as well as hydrating my skin!
My faves this week include products that will keep your skin, body and lips hydrated:

Karin Herzog Vita-A-Kombi 1 Face Cream ($75 USD) — A revolutionary patented anti-aging treatment, Vita-A-Kombi 1 combines 1% active oxygen and vitamins A&E to assist in normalizing and detoxifying the skin while diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Includes 1% hydrogen peroxide, vitamin A, vitamin E.
What I think: This is a lovely night cream. It is very moisturizing without being heavy on. In the morning, my skin is so soft and supple. Plus, it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I love the potent natural ingredients used. I feel that I am doing something great for my skin when I use this.

Christie Brinkley Authentic Skincare Recapture Day + IR Defense Anti-Aging Cream SPF 30 is formulated with a bio-copper complex that helps correct the most visible signs of aging. It uses three effective technologies to revive, improve and protect your skin while recapturing a youthful appearance.
What I think: I only use day creams with SPF so I was happy to get this one. It is so hydrating and great for my aging skin! I notice that my skin looks smoother when I use it. That is my main issue. I use so much anti-aging skincare that I don’t have a lot of wrinkles (knock on wood)!
