What I think: Both of these products are amazing to keep skin clear and clean. The Peeling Plus is so easy to use, just swipe on skin to clean and leave skin soft and smooth. The makeup remover completely cleanses skin and takes off all trace of makeup.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Are you celebrating today? I’ll probably buy a Guiness today and maybe try to cook something Irish. And think about my family’s trip to Ireland last year, which was amazing (if you read the whole post, you’ll see a photo slideshow of our trip!)

The Ageless collection products are creamy and hydrating, but don’t leave my skin greasy. They are also fragrance free, and very gentle on my sensitive skin. The Day cream is lighter than the night cream, and I love that it has SPF in it. The eye cream sinks right into my skin and smooths the skin on my eye area.

I have noticed that my skin is smoother and has better texture. My fine lines do look less noticeable, too.

nutraeffects Balance Night Gel Cream

My skin is combination as well sensitive and aging (fun). So the Balance collection works for my skin when it is a bit oily. It’s more of a gel texture and lighter than the Ageless collection, and will be perfect for me when it gets warmer. But for those who are oily all of the time, I think it would be a great everyday collection.

This has a light fragrance, but it doesn’t irritate my skin at all and it does give a nice matte finish!

I think for what these products do for the skin, the price is amazing! Natural and potent skin care usually comes at a much higher price point.

I am so excited about spring makeup this year! The shades are fresh, but bold, too!

I was lucky to be sent Jane Iredale’s Spring 2017 collection for my honest review. This collection is launching March 13^th, but there will be a sneak peak of the products on the brand site now. This gathering of peachy, rosy radiance pays homage to Mother Earth’s natural tones and celebrates individual radiance with complementary eye, lip and cheek shades for spring.

All of these colors are so gorgeous! The eye shadows are so fresh for spring, and are a nice departure from all of the nude shadow palettes out there! The lip colors are bold for spring and give a pop of color. I love applying the rosy cream blush to the apples of my cheeks then the peachy bronzer/highlighter on top. Gorgeous!

Brand Review: Kneipp

I love reviewing natural products because I love feeling good about what I am putting on my skin! Luckily, I was sent samples to test from Kneipp for my honest review.

125 years ago, the lifelong naturopathic studies of health pioneer Sebastian Kneipp, and his life learnings inspired the brand Kneipp. The body care and bath products in Kneipp are free from preservatives, paraffin and silicone oils, and are primarily vegan.

Below is my review of Kneipp’s best sellers – also known as Kneipp Fave 5 products:

Kneipp Arnica Herbal Bath Oil Joint & Muscle ($20 3.38 fl. oz, on sale for $18 now) — The arnica extract found in this oil is known as a revitalizing agent for achy joints and muscles. The formula also includes natural essential oils of cabreuva, rosemary and pine species. It has a strong scent, but really helps alleviate muscles soreness. It’s perfect for my rock-climbing daughter!

Kneipp Lavender Body Wash Relaxing ($6 for travel size, $14 for 6.76 oz) — With natural lavender oil, the soap-free and pH balanced formula cleanses gently, leaving skin soft and supple. The plant-derived formula improves the feel of the skin, and gives a balancing effect for mental or physical exertion. I think it smells so good! I love it in the evening, to help me relax.

This is a rich hand cream. I didn’t care for the scent, but it left my hands very soft.
