We had an ice storm in Kansas City today, it was crazy!  And what else is crazy is my skin and hair in this cold weather!

I have been sent some great products for my honest review, and these are some of my favorite to help hydrate skin and style my hair in this harsh winter:

TLW Let's Get Tacos Treatment Oil
TLW Let’s Get Tacos Treatment Oil

TLW Let’s Get Tacos Treatment Oil ($20.00 USD) — This light hair oil from Three Little Words has such a fun name, plus it smells amazing, like tropical fruit!  It claims to repair hair from the inside out and helps seal split-ends for smooth, healthy-looking results. It is formulated with grape seed oil, the treatment moisturizes, strengthens, repairs and adds shine while, Kakadu plum oil provides UV protection and heat resistance. I like that it is liquid, not a heavy oil and absorbs quickly into my hair.  I apply it to damp and dry hair and my hair is soft and manageable!

Exfoliate This Summer With Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salts

Dr. Teal's Epsom Salts

Countless hours spent under summer rays can cause serious short term and long term damage to your skin. Over exposure to the sun and sunburn, will result in a gradual loss of moisture leaving a dry, rough and irritable surface behind. To prevent unnecessary damage, add exfoliating to your daily beauty routine. Exfoliating on a consistent basis is an essential step to keeping skin healthy and fresh during and after the summer season.

How to choose?
Purchasing an overpriced product to exfoliate is completely unnecessary! Dr. Teal’s® Epsom Salt, a soaking solution for sore muscles doubles as an exfoliant to help soften skin. Not only will it ease aches and pains in the bathtub, Dr. Teal’s® Epsom Salts can be used to scrub rough skin surfaces and remove dead skin cells. Dr. Teal’s® offers five gorgeous fragrances in their Epsom Salt collection and is a must have for summer beauty and soft skin. Select the scent of your choice and wake up each morning with your skin feeling fresh and revived.

Why Exfoliate?
Dead skin cells caused by sun damage prevent moisture from re-entering your skin. Exfoliating with
Dr. Teal’s® will allow for dead skin cells and oils to be scrubbed away, leaving a smooth, clean surface to moisturize.

When to Exfoliate?
The best time to exfoliate is in the morning after your skin has spent hours without any irritation. Exfoliating at this time will remove all dead skin cells left behind from a long night’s sleep. Always exfoliate before applying body wash, shaving, waxing, applying sunless tanner or before a spray tan.How to?
Mix your favorite body wash with a handful of Dr. Teal’s® Epsom Salt in the fragrance of your choice. Add water and gently scrub away rough and damaged surfaces. Repeat this process daily and you’re sure to notice a difference in your skin!

Get glowing, gorgeous skin this summer with a little help from Dr. Teal’s® Therapeutic Solutions, available in Eucalyptus Spearmint, Chamomile, Lavender, Amber Vanilla and Mandarin Lime. All available at your local mass-market retailers for $4.99. Please let us know if you need additional information, we’d be more than happy to get you anything you need!
