I was so excited to receive my PopSugar Must Have Box this Saturday! It always includes a cool combo of fashion, beauty, home goods, fitness and food!

Nicole Miller Stereo Earbuds ($20 USD)– It’s hard to see in the photo, but they are a dark cobalt blue. The two ends of the ear buds snap together for easy storage and there is a button on the cord that will pause the music and allow you to answer your phone. They are pretty cool, but didn’t work when I plugged them into my computer. They did work on my phone, though. Available at http://www.iWaveaudio.com

Rifle Paper Co. Garance Dore Assorted Girls Note Cards ($18 USD) — These are made of very high quality paper and the illustrations (there are 4 different prints, two of each) are gorgeous! These are perfect for sending notes to my friends! You can purchase at http://www.riflepaperco.com.

What I think: I have been testing this kit (sent to me for my honest opinion). I think that it is a really interesting idea. I first tried the pants without the lotions and went walking with them on. You do sweat a lot in the pants and I could feel them working. Then I tried it with the three step solution:

This seemed to work well, too. I especially liked using the Motion Lotion after my workout (after showering of course). Very refreshing.

I have seen some firming of my hip and thighs using this system while I work out. I am going to keep at it in hoping to firm and lose inches!

It says it progresses in difficulty, but I only did the first work out and it was plenty difficult for me! As always, Jillian is a great trainer that keeps her class motivated. I recommend this to a fit person who wants to take it to the next level!
