Today I’m reviewing a fun app and some gorgeous makeup from No7! Here’s the description of the app and how it works:
No7 just launched an at-home app called the Virtual Match Made. It is based on the success of the complimentary in-store No7 Match Made service designed specifically to help women find the perfectly-matched foundation and color cosmetics for them to flatter every skin tone. The new virtual service helps women find the right foundation, concealer, lipstick and blush shade in the comfort of their own home, all within minutes.
HOW IT WORKS
- Download the app on Apple or Google Play
- Pick up a No7 Match Made skin tone analysis card at your local Ulta or Walgreens
- Hold the analysis card against the jaw line (no makeup area) and take three separate pictures of both sides of the face in just seconds
- Discover the shade that is right for you and view your No7 Match Made choices for foundation, concealer, lipstick and blushes and click over to Ulta.com or find your nearest No7 counter to learn more
I downloaded the app on my Iphone and it’s really fun to use. The first time I tried, I didn’t get it right (couldn’t figure out how to turn my camera facing me in the app, LOL). My first color match was Ebony, which is very dark and I am fair! So, I figured out how to do it correctly, and was matched with Calico, a color that does work for me! The blush and lipstick the app recommended were colors I love to use, too!

I love the foundation. It applies very evenly and gives great coverage. My skin looks so smooth after use and my pores and lines appear less noticeable. The blush and bronzer both blend well and give a nice glow. They aren’t shimmery, which I like.
