I have been curious about detox programs for a while. Would it really work, cleaning out the system to make one look and feel better. I have taken 2 capsules morning and night on an empty stomach with a glass of water for ten days.  I have also made sure that I drink a lot to water each day. I have noticed that after one course of treatment, my skin looks clearer and healthier and I did lose a couple of pounds. I did feel more engergetic.

Since the end of January, I have been trying to get myself in shape. I have gain a lot of weight the last few years, and now it’s time to get it off! I have been eating right and working out, and have lost 11 lbs already!

I have also been trying Cures by Avance Slimming Gel ($35.00 USD)for the last few weeks. It’s really fun to use. You smooth it on the desired area (for me it’s my belly and waist). Let it work for 3-5 minutes then brush the skin upwards. You then get a warming sensation that is like applying a heating pad!

What it clamis to be doing is  cleansing the body of stored toxins. The website explains that, “as cellulite is released from within, a smooth flow of contours begin to reappear as the silhouette is redefined.”

What I’ve noticed is that my stomach and waist is tighter after I have used it. I don’t know if it stays tight, but I am enjoying using it once a day.
