I can’t believe it’s almost February! We’ve had some sunny and warm days last week in Kansas City, but it’s getting colder again and I’m reminded that it’s still winter!
So, this week I am still loving skin care and hair care products. My skin and hair both need hydration, and my flyaway hair definitely needs taming! But if you love makeup, don’t worry, I will be featuring my picks for Valentine’s Day soon!

What I think: This serum is an anti-aging powerhouse. It immediately hydrates the skin and my fine lines do look smoother. I have been testing it for about a week and do see some firming around my jawline. I will continue using it in hopes to see further changes in my skin!

What I think: I love the eye cream part of this duo. It’s very hydrating and soothing. The concealer is a bit odd. It isn’t creamy and doesn’t blend well. The consistency is like a putty. I have found that the best way to use it is to mix it on the back of my hand with the cream. Then I apply it as a highlighter under my eyes. Or, dip a concealer brush in the cream then in the concealer, apply and blend, blend, blend! Although it doesn’t work for me as a traditional concealer, I like the look that it gives me. It brightens my eye area.
