Rita’s new POP Color Temporary Color Spray ($18 USD) is a collection of Pink, Purple and Blue spray-on hair color inspired by a nationwide trend that Rita originally debuted on her client, Katy Perry.
POP Color allows you to temporarily customize and experiment with color by adding vibrant highlights, streaks, tips, and all-over color without using tints, bleaches or peroxide. Combining Rita’s signature color formulas with her proprietary aerosol spray technology, POP Color is as fun to apply as it is to wear.
What I think: This is fun, vibrant color that is so easy to use. Plus it works on all hair colors, from my daughter’s strawberry blonde locks to my dark brown ones. If you want all over hair color, you will probably need two cans to saturate medium length hair. We used them for tips and streaks and used about a can per head. This would be great for everyday if you want a fun, creative look, or for holidays and parties!
